RGN CAPITAL INC. was founded in 2007 in Canton, Ohio, to provide growth capital and strategic advisory services to mid-market companies overlooked by large Wall Street firms. Over 19 years, we have completed over 140 transactions totaling more than $6.8 billion across 27 industries. Our team of eight managing partners brings combined experience from bulge bracket investment banks and Fortune 500 corporate development departments.
